You are eligible for a full refund within one month of the product delivery. If you discover within that allotted time that the product does not meet your needs, then you must pay to have the product shipped back to us, and we will send you a refund of the total cost of the item minus shipping and any costs incurred from damage the product experienced while in your care.
In the case that we send you a product that does not function correctly or is damaged in some obvious way, then we will certainly make sure that you either receive a replacement or are completely refunded for the round trip shipping of the product(s).
